GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS AND SALE
The General Terms of Business define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering, and refunding or claiming the goods offered on Tune Up website. The supplier of the goods is Tune Up doo and the buyer of the goods is an Internet store visitor who selects at least one product to put it in a cart, fill in form and send it to the seller in this case to Tune Up. When ordering, the buyer accepts the terms of purchase listed on our site, and in all cases not defined, the laws of the Republic of Croatia apply. Through the Internet store, you can purchase all the products on the vendor's website. All prices are with VAT. The transaction currency is the Euro. The sales point is located in the Republic of Croatia. The products were imported via Tune Up d.o.o. or through authorized importers and suppliers to the Republic of Croatia and are supplied with warranty sheets if these products have instructions, instructions and other documentation. The Seller strives to provide customers with more accurate product information, pricing, availability and technical specifications, but due to the amount of data and the fact that they come from different sources, we can not guarantee 100% accuracy of all data on our website. Product images on the Tune Up shop are illustrative in nature, and the image illustrating the product on the website may not fully correspond to the actual appearance and content of the product. The sales contract is considered concluded when the goods are sent to the user.
ORDERING
Goods are ordered by electronic form and by telephone. The buyer must complete the form with the basic data for the payment and delivery of the desired products and will be notified by electronic mail of the order made.

In the basket you can choose quantities as well as quit buying. At any moment, your shopping cart is visible and available and you can keep browsing our showcase quietly. CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be made in Euro. If you are using a foreign issuer credit card, the price expressed in Euro will be converted to the local currency in which the foreign issuer issues a bill for the charges charged to the credit card. This conversion will be made using a rate agreed between the foreign issuer and the credit card user, and therefore there is a possibility of deviation in the amount for which your card will be charged from the original price listed on our web site.
